The reason for a pre-published sale on this book is to help with the overall costs. Peter Bodensteiner & I are essentially self publishing the book with the help of a few investors. Without their help, and the pre-published sales, we would find the costs prohibitive in keeping with the high quality that we are holding ourselves to. 

The first 149 books will be limited edition, hand signed and numbered slip-covered books that will include one original archival pigment ink print signed and numbered the same as the book. The regular hardbound edition will be available at a pre-publication price of $85. These prices include shipping in the lower 48 United States only. All other destinations will require additional shipping charges. 

Planned release: summer 2013 at which time the post-publication prices will by $350 for the Limited Edition version if they are still available, and $85 for the regular hard-bound edition plus postage/ shipping for both versions.
